With just a handful of spices and your trusty air fryer, you’ll have irresistibly crispy fries ready in minutes!

Ingredients
2 russet potatoes - peeled, washed, & cut into Batonnet
Hot Water
Salt
Rosemary
Chili flakes or ground chili flakes
2 tsp oil
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
First peel, wash, and cut your potatoes into batonnet slices
In a bowl with the sliced potatoes, add boiling hot water till all the potato slices are beneath the water, salt, and mix really well. Cover this for about 20-25 minutes
Drain the water. Then add the seasoning: salt, pepper, rosemary, and ground chili flakes, or simply red crushed pepper. Mix really well
Oil the air fryer tray and spread the fries onto the tray
Put the fries into the air fryer on bake setting at 325 F for about 12-15 Minutes or as your preferred crunch level
Serve hot with some ketchup, say a little prayer and enjooyyy!!
