Ingredients
- 1 pack Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
- 1 cup mixed roughly chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup Zucchini
- 1/2 cup paneer cubes
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp red crushed pepper
- 2 tsp kukdo sauce
- 1/2 bottle of Rao’s sensitive marinara sauce
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
- Shredded pepper jack cheese to taste
Preparation
In a large pan, on medium to low heat add in the vegetables, paneer, and sautee till desired crunch level by adding in oil, italian seasoning, and red crushed pepper
Add in the Gnocchi, spinach, kukdo sauce(sambhal) and Rao's marinara sauce then give it a good toss. Add in salt, sugar, black pepper to taste. Give it another good toss then top it off with shredded cheese
