About the Recipe

Hey everyone — welcome! If there’s one thing that brings a room together, it’s a bowl of homemade guacamole. Creamy, bright, a little spicy, and impossibly shareable — guac is the social glue of every party. Whether people are grazing, chatting, or crowding the snack table, that vibrant green bowl calls them in.

Tonight we’re celebrating flavors that are simple but bold: ripe avocados mashed just right, a splash of lime for lift, crunchy onion, fresh cilantro, and a little jalapeño for those who like a kick. It’s easy, fast, and somehow always feels like home.

Ingredients

10 ripe avocados

1 Lemon/lime juice

1 Jalapeno diced

2 Tomatoes diced

1 Green bell pepper diced

1 tbsp red crushed pepper

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp Bamba sauce(optional)

1 tsp Celery salt

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cut open the ripe avocados and gently mash leaving small chunks of avocado

  2. To this add in the veggies(bell pepper, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro(optional) and give it a really good toss

  3. Lastly add in all the seasonings: Italian seasoning, bamba sauce, salt, black pepper, celery salt, red crushed pepper, and again give it a really good toss

  4. Transfer the gauc to a serving bowl, make streaks with a fork, and topped it off with hemp hearts and chia seeds. Make sure to leave the avocado pits in the gauc to prevent browning

  5. Say a little prayer and enjoy
