Dumpling noodle soup is a comforting and hearty dish that combines the best of both worlds—warm, savory broth and satisfying textures from delicate dumplings and soft noodles. Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Italian bamba sauce
1 tbsp kukdo sauce (sambhal) - click here for product link
1 tbsp white miso paste - click here for product link
2 tbsp soy sauce - click here for product link
1 cup coleslaw
1 carrot chopped
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1 celery stick diced
1 packet ocean's halo miso broth - click here for product link
1 cup water
Salt to taste
2 packs of whole foods (365) vegetable potstickers - click here for product link
handful of noodles of your choice - i used rice noodles
Preparation
In a large pot add oil and let it warm heat up
Add in ginger paste, sesame seeds, chopped veggies, italian bamba sauce, kukdo sauce, miso paste, and give it a good toss
Add in miso broth along with water. Let this come to a nice broil. Takes about 5 minutes
Then add in soy sauce, noodles, and the vegetable pot stickers. Let this cook with the lid closed on medium to low heat for 15 minutes
And voila the dumpling noodle soup is all done!! Say a little prayer and enjoy this warm bowl of goodness.
