Ingredients

Ingredients for potatoes:


1 boiled potato diced

1/2 green bell pepper diced

1/2 yellow bell pepper diced

1/2 orange bell pepper diced

1/2 tomato diced

2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil



Ingredients for cheese sauce:


1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup Colorful bell pepper diced

1/4-1/3 cup milk

1-2 cups of shredded cheese

1 tsp paprika

Salt to taste




Preparation



 1. In a mixing bowl, add in diced boiled potatoes, oil, all the spices, and give it a really good toss


 2. Put the potatoes in the air fryer at 350F for about 10-15 minutes. You want them nice and crunchy


 3. In the meantime, let’s make the cheesy sauce in a pan on the stove on low to medium heat. Add in butter, bell peppers, paprika, salt and let the bell peppers cook slightly


 4. Then add in the milk followed by the cheese. Cook this mixture till it thicken a up


 5. Put the air fried potatoes in a plate, drizzle the cheese sauce, top it off with more bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and sour cream


 6. Say a little prayer and enjoy this while it’s nice and hot
