Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Ingredients
2.5 cups | Oat flour |
1 cup | Chopped green bell peppers and carrots |
1 cup | Water |
1/2 tsp | Red chili powder |
1/4 tsp | Turmeric powder |
1/2 tsp | Crushed mint |
1 Tbsp | Basil |
2 tsp | Salt or to taste |
As needed | Oil |
Preparation
In a mixing bowl first combine all the dry ingredients: oat flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed mint, basil, salt and mix really well
Add in small amounts of water while whisking until you get a thick runny consistency of a liquid
Add in the chopped vegetables
Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat, add about 1 tsp of oil, then spread out about 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan forming a circle

5. Cook the pancake on both sides till golden brown, adding oil as needed to help with the cooking. Repeat this step for the remaining of the batter
6. Serve hot with some ketchup or hot say. Say a little prayer and enjoy this satiating breakfast!!
