Ingredients

2.5 cups

Oat flour

1 cup

Chopped green bell peppers and carrots

1 cup

Water

1/2 tsp

Red chili powder

1/4 tsp

Turmeric powder

1/2 tsp

Crushed mint

1 Tbsp

Basil

2 tsp

Salt or to taste

As needed

Oil


Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl first combine all the dry ingredients: oat flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed mint, basil, salt and mix really well

  2. Add in small amounts of water while whisking until you get a thick runny consistency of a liquid

  3. Add in the chopped vegetables

  4. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat, add about 1 tsp of oil, then spread out about 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan forming a circle


 5. Cook the pancake on both sides till golden brown, adding oil as needed to help with the cooking. Repeat this step for the remaining of the batter

6. Serve hot with some ketchup or hot say. Say a little prayer and enjoy this satiating breakfast!!
